Returning items:
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any item purchased from the Museum Shop for a full refund. The item must be in good condition. Just indicate the reason for your return, include the original packing slip (or copy) with your return, wrap the package securely and ship it to the address below. We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for the shipment so that you can track the package. Please include your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address so that we may confirm your refund.

Returning gifts:
If the item is a gift and is still listed on our website, we can arrange for an exchange or issue a check refund to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. Including the packing slip and the name of the person who gave the gift will help expedite the process. Refunds:
We will notify you via e-mail or letter of your exchange or refund once we have received and processed the returned item. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
